Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, our bright, coastal-inspired home is perfect for family vacations, couples' getaways, or trips with friends. The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a built-in beverage fridge, while the fully stocked kitchen includes quartz countertops, new cookware, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig.

One of the highlights of the home is the incredible outdoor living space. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious covered balcony with comfortable seating—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, unwind with a good book, or enjoy evening cocktails in the coastal breeze. Downstairs, the expansive covered patio offers even more room to relax, featuring additional seating and lounge chairs where you can soak up the Florida sunshine after a day at the beach or pool.

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

Starter Pack: We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. These are intended as starter supplies and may not last the duration of your stay. Please plan accordingly for longer visits.

Golf Cart: Our complimentary golf cart is one of our guests' favorite amenities! Drivers must have a valid driver's license, follow all local laws, and ensure everyone wears seat belts. A $300 refundable security deposit and a copy of the driver's license are required prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled more than 30 days before arrival receive a 97% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Direct bookings require a signed rental agreement within two days of booking. Airbnb reservations follow Airbnb's cancellation policy.
